**In this job you will**:
As an IT Systems Analyst at DHL, you'll overcome daily logístical challenges to ensure your IT operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology
- Manage, design and implement IT solutions for projects and/or changes to existing services
- Be the Manhattan WMOS Subject Matter Expert
- Act as the SME in requirements gathering & solutions design using sector specific skills/tools
- Be the conduit between our external customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage customer relationships, expectations & communications for the IT component of projects & change
- Utilise project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and are of a high quality
- Central IT customer point of contact for assigned projects

**You have the following qualities & qualifications**:

- Relevant Tertiary degree (Bachelor level or equivalent)
- Essential 2+ years WMS experience in configuration and/or support
- Experience in delivering IT solutions to external customers
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a project environment
- Excellent personal presentation and strong written & verbal communication skills
- Dedication to delivery, quality outcomes and team participation
