Job Description

SCT Logistics is seeking a Safety Systems Specialist to join our National Health & Safety team at our Head Office in Altona, Victoria. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to our health and safety program. As a Safety Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of our IT systems related to our Safety Management System. Your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining safety management systems in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand safety requirements and translate them into effective system solutions using SharePoint and other relevant technologies Customise and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows and forms to support safety management processes and workflows. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance where required Manage the document control function.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations, coupled with the ability to drive change through influence, is essential for this role. Qualifications / Certificates

Essential

Certificate 4 in Information Technology or equivalent.

Microsoft - SharePoint online for administrators. Microsoft certified - SharePoint Associate

The ability to identify and solve software problems as a matter of urgency Creating and managing databases using appropriate data management techniques Previous experience with SharePoint content management systems.
