What does the job look like?

Linfox is partnered with Australia's leading Resources and Industrial companies, providing specialised logistics services across the country.

We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to provide commercial support and business insights that ensure we continue to provide quality service and operational efficiency in line with our contractual commitments.


Working with a close-nit team of commercial specialists, you will be well positioned to provide commercial analysis, financial and quantitative reporting, system support and business improvement solutions that make a real impact to the balance sheet.


Key areas:

  • Relevant modelling, commercial and operational analysis and reporting
  • Identification of variance to budget to support recovery and incremental revenue growth
  • Develop process improvements to effect better operational and financial management across the network
  • Relationships management across various departments to facilitate consistency and execution of commercial deliverables
  • Scoping, developing, automating and maintaining various reports for internal dissemination
Are you the one?

You have the ability to take initiative, a desire to achieve results, effective communication skills and the ability to manage diverse relationships

You can demonstrate:

  • A handson and proactive style to support commercial management
  • Analytical capability with exposure to modelling, data mining and summarising
  • Infrastructure or equipment management experience an advantage
  • Business analytical experience through excel exposure
  • Track record in safety leadership and risk management systems ideally with familiarity with SAP
