**Digital Account Manager**

Blend is a proud Australian tech startup focusing on ecommerce and advertising through the use of AI that help foster profitable and sustainable ecommerce stores.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our growing team and continue our outstanding levels of client service.

You will work closely with clients to ensure they are getting maximum value from Blend, ensuring retention and growing existing accounts. This client facing role is crucial in establishing trust with our existing and new clients.

Ultimately, you will work directly with clients, providing advice around the Blend platform and guidance around ecommerce best practices and strategies.

**Day to Day**
- Act as a consistent point of contact for clients during onboarding and on and ongoing basis as a client makes use of Blend
- Monitor existing accounts to identify areas of improvement and upsell
- Assist with strategies to address poor performing accounts - these may be solutions inside or outside of Blend - so wider ecommerce knowledge is critical
- Provide best practice advice and guidance on ecommerce and advertising
- Assist our internal Ad ops team with management of accounts
- Assist the business in creating automated processes and materials to enable a seamless customer interaction with the product

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with ecommerce stores is a must
- A strong understanding of key paid media channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display etc.) - you should be familiar with Facebook and Google channels in detail
- Account management experience from a similar, digital marketing role is preferable
- Positive and friendly approach to dealing with customers - you will be the face of Blend
- Broad understanding of effective ecommerce strategies and practices
- Shopify/WooCommerce familiarity is preferable

**Salary**: $57,554.37 - $103,742.76 per year
