**About You**

As the Coordinator: People & Organisational Development, you play a pivotal role in driving excellence and efficiency in our services. With exceptional coordination skills, you ensure seamless alignment in service delivery from start to finish. Your proactive approach identifies process and systems improvement opportunities that lead to streamlined practices. **About the Role**
- Provide event and activity coordination, high level administration and project management support to the POD team in the delivery of POD initiatives and services
- Document, monitor and review business processes, business rules, metrics, and standard operating procedures as a result of usual business practice or improvement initiatives
- Assist in the development and production of data analysis and reports. Ensure continuous data integrity in systems and reports by running queries and analysing data
- Undertake research and prepare reports and publications to support POD strategies and initiatives and evidence-based practice
- Establish and uphold positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the University, facilitating a service orientated approach, maintaining credibility and trust with key stakeholders

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related area, or extensive equivalent experience gained within a complex business environment
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR and OD related procedures and administrative systems, and in the context of digital systems to deliver a quality service across diverse work environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in developing and delivering quality, customer and outcomes focused services, including in the contexts of activities and event coordination
- High level organisational and time management skills together with demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative including experience in managing competing demands, and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team-based environment
- Demonstrated analytical, research and business writing skills and a sound understanding of business processes across a complex organisation
