The Client

Join a growing team who specialising exclusively in Personal Injuries matters based on the Gold Coast. This purpose driven team is committed to fostering internal culture and supporting growth and professional development.

The Role

**As Legal Practice Manager your duties will include**:
Recruit, manage, coach and mentor all team members, completing performance reviews and personal and professional development plans to build solid capability and behaviours and drive a high performing culture aligned to firms values, where relevant in collaboration with the Practice Support Lead;
Partner with the marketing team to build external relationships and lead business development initiatives to increase market share of the firm;
Drive the financial performance of the office with a focus on exceeding annual targets, ensuring KPI's are set and targets are met or exceeded related to effective time recording, productivity and recoverability, minimising net WIP write offs;
Actively build strong internal and external relationships and proactively coach and mentor junior authors, fee earners and administrative team members, contributing to training and development initiatives as required;
Actively participate in community affairs, local law associations, local legal centres and media requirements aligned to the firms strategic marketing objectives;
Actively contribute to the development and enhancements of legal precedents;
Identify strategic opportunities to enhance the firm's brand through various external channels including media and industry events; and

Maintain general duties as Personal Injuries Solicitor.

About You

**If you're a motivated individual with**:
10+ Years PAE;
Experience in personal injuries or litigation;
Autonomy and the ability to seek assistance when needed;
Strong attention to detail and exceptional drafting skills;
Effective communication and workload management skills; and

A stellar team player attitude.
