Technical Partners provides a range of support services, delivered through business partnering and the provision of specialist technical support with our teams. We work closely with academic colleagues and senior managers to spotlight partnering with Schools, Research Groups, and other stakeholders within Griffith Health and to meet strategic and operational technical support priorities across Griffith Health.

**Job Description**:
Under the supervision of the Technical Manager, Simulation and Practical Experience team you will work closely with the Scientific Officers, Simulation Officers and Technical Officers to become part of a dynamic team. This is a collaborative Professional (non-Academic) position where you will engage with academic colleagues and other professional staff.

**What we can offer**
- This is a continuing, full time position and is primarily based at the Griffith University Gold Coast campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations._

The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $68,367 - $72,135 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $79,989 - $84,397per annum.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated commitment to building effective simulation experiences. You will also have, but not limited to:

- Health based degree or associate diploma with subsequent relevant experience.
- Highly developed critical thinking skills, be highly organised and enthusiastic.
- Excellent communication and a collaborative attitude with a desire to work in a strong team culture.
- Inclusive and respectful, show initiative, handle direction and multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, and readily adaptable to changing work requirements and demands.
- Experience in supporting learning and teaching activities and/or simulations in Paramedicine, Nursing, Midwifery or another Health related discipline in a higher education environment would be highly regarded.
