The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is the voice of general practitioners (GPs) in our growing cities and throughout rural and remote Australia. About you
As our Evaluation Officer, you’ll have excellent customer service and administration skills, as well as highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll be responsible for supporting the implementation of the National GP Training Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and associated evaluation plans within your team. You’ll have:
experience and expertise in using a range of evaluation and/or research methodologies.
experience coordinating projects.
excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
experience in using evaluation data to analyse and report of impacts, outcomes and programs.

About the opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Evaluation Officer, you’ll be responsible for a range of evaluation activities to foster a culture of continuous evidence-based improvement that is required for GP Training. In addition, you’ll:
support the development and implementation of the National GP Training Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and related evaluation plan.
monitor program and project objectives, activities, defined outcomes, and GP Training performance indicators and ensure success measures are fit for purpose.
work with Senior Evaluation Officers to provide an integrated, consistent, and flexible approach to deliver the quality data need to evaluate GP Training.
assist with evaluation strategy and development for projects and program across different functions of the College.
work effectively and collaboratively with other key employees across various projects, departments, and divisions.
