**Overview**

Join Alstom in a newly created, permanent position based out of **North Ryde NSW** as **System Assurance Manager for Sydney Metro**

Manage the activities related to safety assurance on Sydney Metro, while delivering safe solutions and **managing **assurance across the project.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Coordinating all the Safety Assurance activities on Sydney project as per safety process defined in safety instruction
- Perform safety analysis, manage hazard log, review RAM, Cyber, V&V, T&C activities from a safety perspective
- Define safety plan and manage safety workload and associated planning
- Organize and attend periodic safety reviews
- Defend safety case argumentations in front of internal and external stakeholders such as assessors and operators.
- Willingness to deliver from a hands on perspective to ensure the full delivery of the project.

- Tertiary Qualification in **Engineering** - **Electrical / Mechanical**:

- English operational in reading and writing for technical documentation
- Mastering CENELEC standards for safety, methodology & concepts/principles
- Previous rail experience delivering safety assurance from a supplier perspective both internationally and or local.
