**Job Description**:
This is an amazing opportunity to join an organisation of smart, curious and playful experts and play an active role in shaping our growing brand supporting the company’s executives and team members whilst driving our internal operational efficiencies.

You will have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact as the Executive Assistant to the We Are Unity Executive Team. This exciting opportunity incorporates Office Management and is right for a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive person who enjoys a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Calendar Management: Proactively manage the executive team’s commitments and schedule
- Working with the team to prioritise how their time is spent
- Organise meetings as required, liaising with participants
- Facilitate the preparation for some events or meetings, including collating presentations and working with the team
- Plan and organise executives’ travel
- Build trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with third party vendors for external supply of products and services as required
- Manage expenses
- Bring your enthusiasm to contribute to a team environment; taking an active role in building the positive culture of our agency
- Identify opportunities for improvement

**Office Management**
- Amazing front of house: Meet, greet and provide a great experience for our people and our clients at our office
- You'll be the main point of contact for our team, making sure that everyone is up-to-date on important announcements and changes.
- Culture Champion: You'll help create a positive and fun work environment, planning activities and events that keep our team engaged and happy, including office JAMs and monthly fun events
- Resolve building maintenance/daily office operations.
- Partnering with the team to organise company events, including ordering catering for on-site meetings as required.
- Work with suppliers for regular deliveries of our office supplies, from snacks to pens.
- Mail/courier activities including the shipping, receiving and delivery of letters and packages and maintaining postage supplies.

**Qualifications**:
You are a highly experienced Executive Assistant with demonstrated and successful experience in supporting at C-Suite and Executive level within a fast-paced environment. You will be tech-savvy and have outstanding relationship and networking skills.
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level.
- Advanced in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. - We use G suite
- Strong interpersonal skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven track record to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to influence others.
- Upbeat personality, intellectually agile, and resilient.
