Temporary Contract - June 2024, Full-time WFH Opportunity, Immediate Start, Project Coordinator Opportunity

**Your new company**

Our client is the largest and most experienced provider of vocational education and training in the state, with a history of serving Queensland communities for decades. They are currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their dynamic Sunshine Coast team for an ongoing temporary contract working through until June 2024. This exciting opportunity offers full-time hours and is a remote WFH opportunity.

**Your new role**

Your duties will include the following:

- Track items across product development processes and maintain accurate and reliable records of status, risks, and progression against project timelines.
- Schedule and monitor workload for production teams according to project milestones, providing reporting on status against project timelines and deliverables.
- Utilise project and product management software including Teams, JIRA, Microsoft Project (On the Web/Online) and associated programs to ensure reliable and accurate information is maintained.
- Allocate tasks to responsible officers according to progression and prioritisation requirements and monitor work against required time frames, reporting on exceptions and risks.
- Configuration of units in JIRA, Brightspace D2L Learning Management System and Course Gateway including MM build tasks and QA tasks.
- Identify risks and rectify including reassign tasks under the direction of the Project, Curriculum and Commercial Managers.
- Present production update ensuring dashboards are current and correct in project meetings.
- Oversight of continuous improvement and quality assurance processes to ensure this is scheduled and completed.
- Liaise with project team and internal external stakeholders.
- Maintain reporting and provide analysis and information as required to inform production processes.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to coordinate, liaise, negotiate, and consult with internal and external stakeholders
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude and ability to work well within a team-based environment.
- Oversight and coordination of production processes using project management, tracking, and monitoring software.
- Ensure alignment of project tools maintaining policies, procedures including protocols, naming conventions, filing structures and processes.
- Provide technical expertise and advice on systems to inform projects, progression, customer experiences and improvements to efficiencies.
