Starting salary: $65k per annum plus Super

We are seeking a talented and driven recruitment executive to join our team. As a recruitment executive you will be responsible for attracting and hiring individuals who share our passion for making a difference in the world. You will work with an incredible team who are dedicated to helping our charity partners achieve their fundraising goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain exceptional fundraisers.

Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

Organise and run new staff inductions. Liaise with other internal stakeholders to ensure new recruits are inducted into relevant teams as required to deliver on organisational targets.

Ensure all relevant internal HR documentation is completed by all staff and stored in the relevant locations.

Ensure GiveTel has a representative, diverse and inclusive workforce.

Ensure all new recruits fully understand and appreciate the GiveTel mission and organisational values.

Flexibility to work outside of job description if required.

**Requirements**:
2+ years in recruitment, preferably in not for profit or fundraising environment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

A passion for making a difference and contributing to the success of charitable causes.

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
