Barbetta is now looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join their team.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Managers to develop and execute marketing programs to promote our products/services effectively;
- Assist in creating compelling social media posts, including written content, to engage and grow our online audience;**Partner with global social media team to amplify regional posts and drive employee social advocacy to increase brand awareness;**:

- Draft content and other marketing materials to communicate updates, promotions, and important information to our customers and target audience;
- Assist in organising and executing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars for the promotion of products and services;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as Partner Marketing, Sales, Presales, Product, Customer-success, Brand & Creative Services and Marketing Operations, to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives;
- Researching new trends in technology, industry standards, and customer preferences in order to create effective marketing strategies;
- Monitoring key metrics and evaluating campaign effectiveness;
- Producing engaging and persuasive content for different marketing collateral;
- Creating comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals;
- Prioritised client engagement and implemented retention strategies to maximize revenue growth, identify high potential opportunities and give our clients the edge;
- Mentored colleagues, supported new starters and proactively built collaborative relationships with the commercial and operational team;
- Continually improve efficiency and develop product knowledge and the elements of marketing of her team;
- Coordinate and implement marketing plans to revise, research and adjust products and service prices;
**About you**
- At least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time;
- Strong marketing and social media knowledge;
Job type: Permanent/full-time

**Salary**: $70,000 - $80,000

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Marketing Specialist: 2 years (preferred)
