**THE ROLE**

We are seeking a bright, bubbly, diligent Administration Assistant to become an integral member of our Business Services team, supporting our global operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**
- Warmly welcoming our team, clients and contractors to our office;
- Providing administrative support across the company, including document creation and formatting, database management and updating and maintaining reporting systems;
- Answering phones, directing queries and following up on calls as required
- Organising internal social and external corporate events
- Maintaining the office for tidiness and efficiency
- Booking flights, accommodation and hire cars for staff who are travelling
- Arranging courier of items
- Managing office supplies and liaising with suppliers
- Assisting with maintaining software systems including data entry and auditing to ensure data integrity;
The role is full-time 5 days/week Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

RSC is an international mineral resource consultancy with corporate offices in Australia and New Zealand, and satellite offices and projects around the globe.
