We are a Not-for-Profit organisation with a team of more than 130 experienced practitioners from many cultures and we provide out-of-home care to Young People aged between 6-17 and we're continuing to grow. We operate a licenced Not-for-Profit service and have developed our own therapeutic framework to help create and support change in Young People who have suffered serious trauma. Our homes where these children live, are on rural properties and they include animals and engagement with nature in our daily programs. **The role**

The Administration Assistant role is a dynamic one where you will be supporting a team of professionals within the Framework Support Team who in turn, support the operations of the organisation. The role of the Framework Support Team is to support and assist with best practice service delivery across the organisation. This is done through a multitude of tasks including but not exclusively - recruitment, training and coaching staff for development, auditing, licensing, creation and maintenance of policies and procedures.

As an Administration Assistant to the Framework Support Team, your role will consist of but is not limited to:

- Action requests and accomplish tasks assigned by the Framework Support Team Leader
- Maintenance, preparation and distribution of all training materials
- Organise team meetings and record the meeting minutes ensuring members are informed of any updates
- Accurate and efficient record keeping in a timely manner
- Support the upkeep and troubleshooting of our Human Resources Talent and Learning Management System
- Generate reports for licensing and compliance purposes
- Actioning tasks delegated from the Framework Support Team
- Processing accommodation requests for training
- Organising venues and catering/food
- Processing finance and accounts for the Framework Support Team
- Supporting the management of rostering for the Framework Support Team and training attendees
- Any other general office duties as requested

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**Essential Requirements**
- Current QLD Working With Children Blue Card, or ability to obtain
- Open current Australian Drivers Licence
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Demonstrated accurate and efficient data entry experience and skills
- Substantial experience managing calendar appointments
- Experience with a Talent and Learning Management System
- Excellent knowledge in Information Technology systems
- Efficient time management skills
- Please note - all successful applicants will be required to complete aptitude testing at time of interview and it will be a requirement to pass before proceeding to the next stage of the recruitment process.

**Desirable Attributes**
- Immediate appointment desirable
- Minimum Certificate III in Administration, or similar
- Minimum of 12 months experience in an administration role
- Current LCS working with children check
- Previous knowledge and understanding of The Department of Child Welfare highly regarded
- Previous experience coordinating training events, preparing training material and documentation
- Current Licenced Care Service (LCS) check through The Department
- Current Australian First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience with rostering for a team
- Ability to travel to other regions (on occasion)
- Flexible, adaptive, and open to learning
