**What**you’ll** do**:

- Coordinate administrative business and support functions of the team in an accurate, compliant and timely manner, including team meetings, events and travel.
- Provide accurate and timely program/project support by maintaining relevant information systems to ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, budget reconciliations and support for vendor management.
- Monitor, administer and triage information from relevant portals, shared team inbox, MS Teams and other systems.
- Assist with operational day to day requirements to ensure compliance with requirements of policy and procedure, legislation and technical and government guidelines.
- Manage and track team’s input to external developments, proposals and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support in the collation and development of internal and external reports, papers and presentations.
- Support with data management, project management tools, databases, dashboards and record keeping.

**What we are looking for**:

- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in coordination of Projects/Programs/Events.
- Demonstrated experience in record management, scheduling and co-ordinating training.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Structured and organised approach in administering information and documentation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of record keeping systems and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support various staff members.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
