JOB SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

Answer incoming calls in a timely manner, handling all internal and external customer queries Provide technical support, advice, and guidance on JLG machines to troubleshoot the root cause of technical issues and identify the necessary actions to resolve issues. Utilise online resources and manuals to provide technical support Maintain a professional working relationship with customers and departments necessary to support the customer through continuous communication.

Communicate all service related JLG documentation such as service literature and product updates to internal and external customers and other technical support team members Participate in continuous training efforts both internally and externally to maintain and increase proficiency on various JLG products. Able to perform as part of a team in a busy office environment Ensure compliance with HSEQ management system Responsible for ensuring all set policies and procedures are applied and adhered to. General ad-hoc duties as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Trade qualified- The ability to read and understand Electrical and Hydraulic circuits- Extensive experience servicing, repairing, maintaining, and operating JLG machines and equipment- Advanced technical knowledge of JLG machines and equipment- Experience in Fault Finding and Diagnostic Techniques- Excellent communication skills- Strong time management and organizational skills- Intermediate computer skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a similar position- Forklift license- EWPA Yellow and Gold Card- WP High Risk Work License- Vehicle license- Hold or an interest in obtaining Cert 4 Training and assessing- Knowledge of telematics and digital technologies
