**The Opportunity**
**Your Responsibilities**
- Customer service duties including face-to-face and phone with a genuine passion for customers and putting their needs first
- Following up rental documents
- Liaising with external brokers
- Contract administration
- Providing general administrative support to the team and the office to ensure the daily operation and the office runs smoothly
**What You’ll Bring**
You will have proven experience in an administrative and customer service role with a positive and helpful attitude. Along with an open approach to learning new things, you will be goal oriented with the ability to accept feedback for development for ongoing career progression. You will also have:
- Outstanding organisation skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A hands-on approach
- The ability to think outside of the box
- Strong attention to detail
- Drive and self
- motivation
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Effective time management capabilities
- A sense of humour and the ability to have fun with the team
