Classic Recruitment is excited to be working with our Pittsworth client to recruit their new Sales Support and Office Administrator. Our client prides themselves on offering their rural clients good old-fashioned service and are looking for their new superstar to join their team.
On offer is an opportunity to join a progressive and forward-thinking team who have a significant market presence in the local community.
Key duties will include:
- Providing administration support to the sales agents
- Generating weekly sales brochers, managing all social media content, and managing the window displays in the office.
- Preparation of Form 6 Documents
- Preparation of a range of contract types
- Creating and sending marketing invoices
- Assist with preparing the final documentation for appraisals, including binding of the documents
- End-to-end administration support including assisting with reception.
**Experience & requirements**:
- Full driver’s licence & your own reliable vehicle
- Some prior sales administrative experience is a bonus
- Exceptional computer skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under time-pressure to meet strict deadlines
This is a full-time opportunity with an immediate start available for the right person.
Initial interviews will be held with Nick in the Classic Recruitment office or via Zoom.
