My client is a growing boutique firm, who is now looking to appoint a seasoned Administrator to oversee the operational requirements of the business.
This company provides a range of accounting, tax, and financial management services to their clients.
The business is looking for someone self-motivated and hand-on. The role will be client facing, and will work closely with the Director and wider team.
This is an exciting time to join the team as the business has recently relocated to brand new offices and is undergoing a full rebranding. There is huge scope to make this role your own.
Inside the office you will find a close-knit and flexible team environment where everyone enjoys coming into work and supporting their colleagues.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Maintaining and updating client files in the firms document management system
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Lodging Tax Returns on the ATO portal
- 2 + years relevant administrative and/or office management experience. Professional services experience considered highly advantageous.
- IT savvy and experienced with cloud based accounting systems
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A genuine interest in working for a small but growing business
