We currently have an exciting opportunity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Graduates to join a 3x 6 Month rotation Program within our Technology and Wealth & Capital Markets team here at Australian Unity, becoming a member of our permanent team from day one

As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to real wellbeing by supporting our members and customers on their wellbeing journey. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of our business.

Working within the Technology or Wealth and Capital Markets platform means your day could consist of collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions or assisting in analysing data and trends to drive informed decision making, or participating in projects related to health, wealth and care services.

**What you can expect**:
Our Graduate Program is 18 months in total and consists of three six-month rotations.
- IT program rotations include Digital, Cyber Security, System Architecture, and Delivery and Data.
- Wealth and Capital Markets program rotations include Life & Super, Funds Management and Social Infrastructure.

Each graduate will be assigned a:

- Business Mentor who will provide guidance as you grow in your career across the 18 months.
- An Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander buddy who can support your cultural and community needs.
- People Leader who is the person you will report to on a day-to-day basis.
- Membership to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employee Reference Group - Ngawiyala

**Step Three**: The final stage of the process You will be meeting with a leader of our business for approximately 45 minutes in a structured interview. This interview will test your knowledge as well as your experience and alignment to the team.
