A leading independent loan company is seeking a knowledgeable Fund Administrator

**Your new company**

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Fund Administrator to join the finance team. As a Fund Administrator, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our fund management team and ensuring the efficient administration of our investment funds. Due to continual growth, they are seeking an experienced Finance superstar to join their busy team and support the accounts’ function.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse role across accounts and administration, you will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Processing investor subscriptions and redemptions in accordance with fund documentation and relevant regulations.
- Maintaining accurate investor records and ensuring timely communication with investors.
- Coordinating with external service providers such as custodians, auditors, and legal advisors.
- Preparing periodic reports for investors, fund management, and regulators.
- Managing cash movements and reconciliations for the funds.
- Monitoring and managing fund expenses, including payments to service providers.
- Supporting the fund management team with ad hoc requests and projects.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience operating within Fund Administration or Accounts within a fast-paced, busy organisation. You will need to have the following skills:

- At least 2 years of experience in fund administration or related field.
- Knowledge of fund accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as VPM or Investran.
