Gold Coast, Australia Act for Kids Full time

We are seeking a down to earth and efficient** People and Culture Administrator **to join our small friendly team. The role is **part-time (0.6 FTE) **fixed-term to **1 March 2024.** Our flexible and supportive work environment sets us apart, you can mix working from home and at the Milton office. You decide what works best for you The role entails:

- Coordinating the recruitment administration for Act for Kids and Youthrive including updating position descriptions, advertising positions, supporting leaders with managing their vacancies through the online recruitment system ConnX.
- Acting as the main contact for external job boards (eg. SEEK, Ethical Jobs, Australian Psychological Society etc) and source innovative ways to advertise roles in the external market.
- Liaising with managers to ensure position descriptions are up to date, accurate and in line with current branding before advertising vacancies.
- Providing accurate, fast and efficient administration support to the People and Culture team with general HR activities as required.

**About you...**
- Certificate or Diploma in HR (or similar) preferable but not essential.
- Studying towards or completed Bachelor of HR (or similar) advantageous, as the role may suit a graduate looking to kick start their career in HR.
- Some administration experience, ideally supporting recruitment administration, is beneficial but not essential.
- High level attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in all written communication essential.
- Effectively manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines whilst showing flexibility and remaining calm.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

**Other Requirements.**
- Eligibility for a positive Working with Children Check in the applicable state of employment in Australia or exemption based on professional qualifications and registration.
- Current driver’s licence.

- Fully vaccinated with the prescribed doses of an approved vaccine against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
