The **Superannuation Officer** is part of a team that provides a high level of customer service and accurate and timely administrative services to members and stakeholders for the various superannuation schemes and products administered by Super SA in accordance with statutory legislation.

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Sound interpersonal skills and verbal, written and face-to-face communication skills.
- A commitment to customer service, taking into account the needs of internal and external customers, including an ability to handle difficult situations in a calm, positive and objective manner.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and to prioritise those tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge and understanding of office administration practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and in using multiple software programs/databases at once.
- Experience in data processing.

**Special Conditions**

This is a full time term contract for 12 months with possibility of extension.

**Remuneration**

ASO2 - $56,987 - $61,301 pa
