Marketing Technology Manager

**Accountabilities**:
- Work with business stakeholders and technology squads to understand business strategy and translate into the optimal MarTech and data landscape
- Manage the Marketing-side implementation of new MarTech platforms, in collaboration with the wider Marketing Division and Digital Services
- Lead the Marketing Division’s digital transformation strategy and showcase business outcomes achieved because of increasing maturity
- Onboard teams onto MarTech platforms
- Develop models for local campaign delivery with centralised governance for automated nurture campaigns
- Provide training, best-practice guidance, and enablement for teams to adopt data driven marketing techniques
- Develop, maintain and use a variety of systems, processes, diverse range of people and sources to gather information and gain deeper understanding and make critical strategic decisions
- Use accepted theory and practices to develop and deploy continuous improvement actions to ensure implementation of continuous improvement strategies in own work area
- Use understanding of the client context to anticipate needs, tailor services, improve service offering and ensure a high-quality outcome by addressing client feedback and setting service standards
- Navigate appropriate course of action, gain agreement on preferred approach and prepare advice (information, materials and recommendations) to meet specific stakeholder style and requirements
- Interpret needs and offers pragmatic, inclusive and sustainable solutions based on research and in alignment with University context, policies and practices
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Acting as part of your client's team, interpreting their goals and pain points, understanding brand guidelines and o strategic initiatives
- Participate in mentorship and training programs to build skills that further your career development
- Helping to mentor and train your direct reports
- Setting and communicating expectations, scheduling and organising resources, managing deliverables, and meeting deadlines
- Managing a team of Performance Marketing specialists to deliver to achieve client KPIs
- Analysis of web and campaign analytics to undercover key learnings and insights to construct actionable performance recommendations
- Staying current with best practices, strategies, legislation, and industry standards related to online marketing, analytical & eCommerce tactics
- Responsible for maximising client retention and growth
**Qualifications**:
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training (in marketing, IT, software development, or other related areas)
- Experience in MarTech implementation and enablement
- Certification or equivalent experience in Salesforce CRM
