A fantastic opportunity for a driven sales and key accounts manager to join one of Australia largest family owned wine businesses. Lead the growth and build on existing relationships to secure sales of this premium wine portfolio in the retail and banner group channels. Working in a highly competitive industry, we expect you to thrive in a fast paced environment and are motivated to drive new business and hit sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

- Account management of key customers across independent channels
- New business development, seeking out and converting new accounts
- Identifying new opportunities to further strengthen relationships
- Executing strategic sales and marketing plans with key customers
- Provide education and training to Key customers
- Work collaboratively as part of a larger national team
- Use CRM to track and measure data
- Using sales data to create and manage a journey plan
- Contract negotiation
- Building program slots with key customers
- Reporting and attending WIPS
- Some travel to ACT and regional key customers
