**What you'll be doing**
- Work with the SEM manager to develop **paid search strategies** aligned with clients' marketing goals, target audience, and budget constraints; Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- ** Create and set up** paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search engine advertising platforms.
- Continuously **monitor and adjust** keyword bids, match types, and negative keywords to optimize performance and ensure the right keywords are triggering ads.
- Monitor **campaign budgets** and allocate funds effectively to ensure clients get the most value from their advertising spend.
- ** Analyze campaign performance** metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per conversion, and ROI. Prepare regular **performance reports** for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Act as the **secondary point of contact **between the agency and clients, providing updates on campaign performance, discussing strategies, and addressing any concerns.

**What we are looking for**
- 2+ years experience working in a **digital marketing agency** working on SEM campaigns.
- Deep understanding of **paid search platforms**, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. Familiarity with their interfaces, campaign settings, keyword management, ad formats, and bidding strategies is essential.
- Strong **keyword research** skills to identify relevant and high-performing keywords that align with clients' goals and target audiences.
- Being adept at **managing advertising budgets **efficiently to maximize ROI and ensure clients get the best possible results.
- The ability to a**nalyze competitors**' paid search strategies and derive insights to inform your own campaigns is valuable.
- Strong **analytical skills** for interpreting campaign data, identifying trends, spotting opportunities, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns effectively.
