**THE ROLE**
The Principal Strategic Advisor will lead engagement with stakeholders at all levels to understand business drivers and goals. As a customer advocate, they will be outcome focussed for the delivery of innovative digital solutions with an agile and user centred approach to realise a great user experience.
The role requires a dynamic and experienced individual with a track record of timely delivery and fit-for-purpose digital business outcomes. The successful applicant will be a self-managing individual with the ability to lead others in multiple complex, high-profile concurrent initiatives.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Lead a team of cross functional specialists and collaborate with senior business leadership understand business drivers and goals to design new ICT solutions using agile approaches.
- Works with senior business leaders to translate business objectives to specific IT strategies, services and products, ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture and Whole of Victorian Government ICT statement of directions.
- Maintains knowledge of multiple business functions and initiatives to identify where conflict / synergies exist between technologies and business functions, incorporating an Enterprise Architecture approach.
