Therapy Focus is a not-for-profit community service organisation specialising in individual therapy. Our team of clinicians and administrative support staff works collaboratively to develop comprehensive, individualised therapy plans to meet our customers' needs and goals.

We are in an exciting growth phase, so we are seeking an experienced administrator to join our People Culture and Talent team. The role will contribute to the evolution of Therapy Focus and play a vital role in shaping our workforce for the future. Looking after our allied health services and corporate portfolio, this role will seek exceptional people to join our business and ensure our diverse range of services has the talent required to deliver services to children and adults with disabilities and people within the aged care sector.

**The opportunity**:

- Respond to HR enquiries to action or appropriately redirect all incoming items.
- Ensure high-quality data input by carefully creating all employee records in the HRIS, including employee setup, onboarding, offboarding, employee movements and separations.
- Maintain accurate up-to date employee files on the appropriate systems.
- Prepare and distribute Human Resource reports as required.
- Coordinate and book training events and update the HRIS.
- Provide administrative support to the People Talent and Culture team associated with all generalist human resource functions.

**About you**:

- Previous administration experience in a People and Culture team (essential)
- Tertiary qualification in People and Culture or related field (desirable)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong planning, time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Ability to engage and build relationships at all levels within the business.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
