**Job Description**:
As the IT Manager for H&M Group AUNZ, you hold a comprehensive responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, encompassing service offerings and ensuring the value derived from these services. Your role involves managing the service portfolio, creating service roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, overseeing and planning budgets, conducting negotiations with partners and vendors, and authorizing the release of new service capabilities.

You actively drive the maturity of services and monitor service metrics to enhance performance. Your duties include identifying, filling, and publishing service-appropriate roles, and you serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all matters related to the owned service(s). Embracing a non-hierarchical culture, you foster collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust within the team.

**Your responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Accountable for ensuring that the service(s) consistently deliver value, meeting stakeholders’ expectations and business needs over time.
- Collaborates with service partners and teams to define and prioritize a backlog of items aimed at improving service quality.
- Ensures cost-efficient, stable, and sustainable service operation and delivery.
- Performs specified tasks to monitor service delivery against service level agreements and provides regular status reports.
- Ensures compliance with common ways of working within the organization.
- Manages the service life cycle, including planning and follow-up activities such as service roadmap development, demand and capacity management, prioritization of improvements, and budget oversight.
- Maintains up-to-date information about the service(s).
- Collaborates and negotiates deliveries with supporting services, solutions, functions, and processes.
- Analyzes service and component availability, reliability, maintainability, and serviceability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluates and manages team performance, conducting performance reviews, implementing development plans, providing feedback, and taking actions to enhance team performance and development.
- Undertakes any other tasks as required to meet business needs.

**Qualifications**:
**Functional Knowledge**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT service management.
- Experience with IT project management and implementation, with certification in Prince2, AGILE, or equivalent project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and emerging technologies in the IT field.
