Administration Assistant

Omega Wellness Centre is a multidisciplinary allied health hub, providing holistic solutions to mental and physical well-being. Our specialised programs take into account the unique circumstances surrounding patients mental and physical health and offer tailored solutions.
Our programs are overseen by highly skilled senior Psychologists with support from Psychiatrists at Omega Mind Clinics.
Omega Wellness Centre is currently seeking a patient focused administration assistant to assist with the running of their day programs and the day-to-day operation of the Centre. This position is a crucial part of our diverse and innovative centre. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, therefore a passion for customer service is essential. The role includes a wide variety of admin tasks for our group programs a well as providing support to our multidisciplinary team. There will be potential to move into permanent hours in 2024.
Key criteria:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical administration
- Experience using Genie or Gentu highly desired.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- High degree of attention to detail
- Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advance computer skills
- Previous experience working in the health sector desired.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
