**The Opportunity**:
An opportunity has become available for an Administrator to work within our facilities management team in Springfield. You will be working in a tight-knit team to ensure the effective administration of contract related documents, finance administration and various compliance requirements.

**What you'll be responsible for**:
In this role you will be:

- Maintaining all contract-related documents and administration tasks
- Ensuring accurate invoicing, tracking financial information and supporting other finance support requirements
- Managing client portal and requests
- Administering the asset system
- Various reports as required
- Managing subcontractor setup and maintenance
- General project management support
- Ensuring compliance with Veolia’s Always Safe policies and attending toolbox meetings

**What you'll need to be successful**:
Prior experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. In addition, you will possess:

- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Transaction processing aptitude (desirable)
- The ability to work well in a small team environment
- Experience within a facilities management function would be highly regarded
