With flexible working at our core, our teams have the option to work from home, out of our Surry Hills offices, or our corporate head office in Bella Vista.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects and work with Program and Project Managers to assist in scaling eCommerce fulfillment solutions across eComX and Group Businesses.

**The Position**

**Scope
In this role, you will support the delivery of projects per our strategy. You will work with a Program or a Project Manager (or both).

The Project Coordinator will organise and arrange program management practices, ensuring effective governance, tracking resource utilisation and communicating program performance to drive the successful delivery of our eCommerce fulfilment Projects.

- Supports the Program manager in monitoring, tracking and reporting on the status of key project deliverables in line with project plans, budget and expenditure.
- Contributes to the development of project plans and roadmaps that align leads and stakeholders
- Communicating effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders to identify and align on deliverables and strategic objectives and goals
- Supports the creation and implementation of project operating rhythm, cadence and governance along-side Program and Project Managers.
- Develop in-depth understanding of project scope to help support project team, escalate and clear roadblocks and drive delivery to plan.
- Preparing for and facilitating various working groups including risk, issues, change and decisions tracking.
- Supports creation of packs and presentation for programs and project engagement.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- Lead the team to adopt agile ways of working.
- Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to critically analyse and interpret information from numerous sources & to identify business-focussed solutions.
- Proficiency with Google, MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Miro, Trello, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience of problem-solving and process improvement activities.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise and balance multiple priorities and projects. Strong stakeholder engagement skills.**As a nice to have**:

- Experience in the eCommerce fulfilment market and capabilities
- Understanding of programmatic delivery or experience working in Program Management Offices (PMO) Understanding of retail operations and supply chain**Grow with the Group
