Our Food & Beverage Duty Manager at Hilton Surfers Paradise will work closely with the management team to supervise the operation and team within our Food and Beverage outlets: restaurant, bar, banqueting and in-room dining. This multifaceted role supports the smooth-running & high performance of the team and the delivery of superior service. This opportunity will be offered as a full time, permanent position.
**What will I be doing?**
As a Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an exceptional Guest experience. A Food and Beverage Duty Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Champion exceptional hospitality and ensure that this is a part of all aspects of our operation
- Passion for the delivery of exceptional Food & Beverage experiences
- Oversee and get involved in the day-to-day service elements of food & beverage
- Ordering stock
- Handling cash and maintaining equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

A Food and Beverage Duty Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Previous Food and Beverage Management or Supervisory experience
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- OnQ Property Management System, and or Agylisis POS experience preferred
- Ability to work on a rotating roster that includes weekdays, weekends, early starts and late-night shifts
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Approved Manager and Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
- Successful team leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, ideally within a hotel setting
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and to time constraints
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
