Are you an experienced legal professional with a passion for employment law?
Our Client prides themselves on providing comprehensive legal solutions to a diverse range of clients. As an Associate - Employment, you will be an integral part of their mission to deliver top-notch legal counsel and support to their clients.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise and contribute to various aspects of employment law matters.
You will be:
- Engaging with organisational restructures and commercial transactions.
- Assisting in investigations and providing guidance on workplace bullying, harassment, and related matters.
- Navigating industrial disputes, dismissals, discrimination, and general protection claims.
- Delivering employer-centric solutions that align with our clients' needs.
- Drawing from your 2+ years of post-admission experience to provide informed counsel.
You’ll need:
- A qualified legal professional with a minimum of 2+ years of PAE in employment law.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational restructures, workplace investigations, and employment-related disputes.
- Adeptness in providing actionable advice on a range of employment law matters.
- Previous work with larger corporate clients, showcasing your ability to understand and address their unique challenges.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
