As an Associate - Employment, you will be an integral part of their mission to deliver top-notch legal counsel and support to their clients.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise and contribute to various aspects of employment law matters.

You will be:

  • Engaging with organisational restructures and commercial transactions.
  • Assisting in investigations and providing guidance on workplace bullying, harassment, and related matters.
  • Navigating industrial disputes, dismissals, discrimination, and general protection claims.
  • Delivering employercentric solutions that align with our clients' needs.
  • Drawing from your 2+ years of postadmission experience to provide informed counsel.

You'll need:

  • A qualified legal professional with a minimum of 2+ years of PAE in employment law.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational restructures, workplace investigations, and employmentrelated disputes.
  • Adeptness in providing actionable advice on a range of employment law matters.
  • Previous work with larger corporate clients, showcasing your ability to understand and address their unique challenges.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent problemsolving skills.
