The Student Admin and Library Services team at Swinburne University of Technology are looking for an Enrolment Specialist Coordinator to join their team

The Enrolment Specialist Coordinator will report to the Deputy Director, Admissions and Enrolment Services and is responsible for the delivery of enrolment-related services at a very high standard to Higher Education coursework students and colleagues across the University. These services are time-critical and require excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills to assist in resolving matters for student education plans.

In this role, the Enrolment Specialist Coordinator will also be expected to identify areas for process and policy improvement to minimise the effort required by both staff and students in the process.

**About You**
**To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities**:

- Significant experience in the coordination of student / client service functions and demonstrated ability to deliver high quality services to a range of stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to establish and communicate clear priorities from competing demands
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in the provision of service, quality, and the promotion of a culture of continuous improvement
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to investigate and make informed decisions regarding complex issues

**Qualifications**
- A degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience or
- Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields
