**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute and maintain a localised strategy for our operations
- Coordinate logistics, including staff scheduling, inventory management and supply chain management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and analyse market performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results and reaching KPI’s
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, Government and key stakeholders
- Establish a local team of mechanics and operational staff, providing them with guidance, coaching, and mentorship

**Skills and Qualifications**
- An analytical mindset and a willingness to learn
- Tech savvy, you will regularly use our app and digital tools
- Bachelor's degree, or 3 years equivalent industry experience
- People management experience
- Prior MicroMobility experience preferred, but transport, logistics or technology experience is also highly valuable
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
