**What You Will Do**:

- Efficiently manage day-to-day office operations and procedures.
- Managing accounts, invoices, and orders
- Billing clients and customers
- Preparing and following up with NDIS provider invoices
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with NDIS standards.
- Ensure the overall office functions smoothly, creating an organized and well-prepared environment for all participants and team members.
- Manage the input of default rosters into the platform, ensuring a minimum four-week advance planning based on the provided spreadsheet.
- Implement and/or maintain administrative systems and office procedures ensuring smooth workflow.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the office and external partners.
- Provide administrative support to People Operations and other functions
- Establish and oversee a comprehensive, relevant document management system
- Prepare, organize, and update records, reports, and confidential information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency.
- Assist in organizing team-building events and initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative culture that aligns with organizational values.
- Cultivate a service-oriented mindset throughout daily interactions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Other support tasks that may be assigned.

**Essential Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
- **Highly preferred, but not required**: NDIS experience, demonstrating knowledge of its framework, policies, and procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft programs and virtual communication tools for efficient office management.
- Comfortable with regular travel and high familiarity with local geography.
- Prompt responsiveness to ensure seamless office communication.
- Proactive and results-oriented work approach for efficient project execution.
- Exercise discretion in handling sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship-building.

**Salary**: From $30.22 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
