**Position Type**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to maintain financial accuracy.
- Oversee payroll calculations, pay runs, and compliance with tax regulations.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights into business performance.
- Stay informed about tax laws, ensuring compliance with ATO requirements.
- Utilise accounting software to streamline bookkeeping processes
- Effectively communicate financial information and collaborate with external accountants for strategic financial initiatives.
**About You**:
- Proven managerial experience in overseeing accounting staff.
- 4-5 years of comprehensive experience in end-to-end bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and support a remote team effectively.
- Immediate availability for an early start.
