Bookkeeper / Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and versatile professional to join our team as a Bookkeeper and Recruiter. This part-time, hybrid role requires expertise in managing finances, recruitment, and general office support.
**Key Responsibilities**
Bookkeeping:
- Manage financial records, invoicing, account reconciliation, payroll, and compliance using Xero.
- Generate financial reports and maintain budgets.
Recruitment:
**Requirements**:
- Experience in bookkeeping and recruitment processes in Australia.
- Proficiency in Xero, Excel, G-suite and HR platforms.
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with external accountants.
Preferred:
- BAS Agent or CPA qualifications and HR certifications (Cert IV in HR).
