Positive Mind Body are looking for a superstar to join our team in Adelaide

This is a casual position for an Administration Professional to job share 3 days per week, working from home on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. You will be required once a month to attend in person meetings with the team for professional development.

Positive Mind Body are registered providers of allied health services to people in NDIS.We currently operate in South Australia and Queensland however we are expanding to all states and territories and need a passionate, professional person to assist us in this growth.

Our admin team are an integral of the company. You will find yourself with a variety of different jobs to do throughout your day. We are looking for somebody who thrives in a high-stress and ever evolving role and will be able to support our team calmly and efficiently.

Position Responsibilities:

- Create and follow up service agreements.
- Provide administrative support to team members.
- Manage and maintain compliance of all files.
- Collaborate with Support Coordinators and other key stakeholders.
- Providing EA assistance to our CEO, such as calendar maintenance and events management
- Assisting in the hiring and onboarding new team members.
- Data entry, back up payroll functions and maintaining spreadsheets.

- A polite and engaging phone manner is essential.
- Must have Blue Card, Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) Police Check (or be able to obtain) and Covid-19 Infection Control Certificate prior to commencement of employment
- Your knowledge of Office programs and or Google Drive and your ability to learn new programs and technologies.
- How you engage with people of all walks of life and abilities.
- Your communication capabilities.
- Your ability to use your own initiative and work under pressure.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour
