About the role:

As a People and Culture Coordinator, you'll be pivotal in assisting the HR team with various administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and managing the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, while also providing support to the wider HR team.

This temporary 4-month contract offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and, if you desired, travel interstate to engage with the broader team. For individuals demonstrating strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn and take on HR responsibilities, there's potential for the role to be extended until the end of the year.

Your day to day will include:

  • Provide day-to-day support for HR administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes.
  • Recruitment responsibilities including on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Handling HR administration tasks such as drafting letters, etc.
  • Providing team administrative support, including SAP assistance with receipting.
  • Conducting HRIS work using ELMO system, including on/off-boarding tasks and manager follow-up on system tasks.
  • Maintenance of organisational and reporting structures.
  • Direct impact on business operations with the possibility of extension until the end of the year.

About you:

  • 2-3 years experience in similar role
  • Human Resources Qualification or relevant experience
  • Ability to interact effectively at the Executive, Senior Management and workforce level.
  • Experience using ELMO or other HRIS systems.
  • Ability to act with honesty and integrity at all times.
  • Positive mindset and commitment to achieving set outcomes within agreed time frames.
