Work for a global luxury goods organisation that has been established in the market for years, they offer a production of leather goods and silk apparels and combine style with creativity and innovation with quality and craft skills.

**Your new role**

The Marketing and PR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the marketing program, working closely with the General Manager whilst liaising cross functionally with the regional marketing department to formulate and implement marketing programmes, drive sales and improve brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and formulate strategies in the market, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
- Responsible for planning and budgeting of marketing plans and ensuring costs remain within approved budget, achieving optimal efficiencies.
- Ensuring communication of marketing strategies to all internal departments, and planning and executing marketing campaigns to improve sales revenues and brand awareness for target customers.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with media representatives and agencies with respect to rates, positioning and adjacencies.
- Oversee on-time advertising material development and delivery for both offline and online media.
- Gathering of market intelligence on competitors and consumer behaviour to ensure business strategies remain relevant at all times.
- Manage relationships with all public and media representatives to ensure consistent communication of brand position.
- Management of all public and media relations activities in order to maximise business potential through public relations initiatives and events. Collaborating with relevant media to develop fashion and feature content opportunities and brand coverage.
- Lead all events planning and organisation, including negotiating and working with suppliers, and other third parties. Covering all events including in-store events, partner events, magazines and events and press launch activity.
- Consistently monitor and provide analysis of results of every communication campaign and initiative, measured by circulation, number of clicks and followers, attendance, ROI ratios.
- Oversee all DM and EDM activity including development of mailers, distribution of store catalogues, look books and other collateral materials.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Marketing, Communications or tertiary degree required.
- Extensive marketing experience either in an in-house role or at an agency, preferably in a related industry.
- In depth understanding of Australian fashion media cycle across print and other mediums.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work with a range of personalities.
- Proactive and goal orientated operator who works well in a team environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and successfully develop marketing initiatives in fashion.
