Navitas is currently looking for a Student Recruitment Analyst to work within our Careers and Industry Division, Sales and Admissions team. Working within the Operations and Enablement area, the Student Recruitment Analyst helps to team measure, monitor, and manage key areas of our recruitment and onboarding journey for the colleges and institutes we support.

The role supports the Sales and Admissions functions, while providing key performance and behavioural data to key stakeholders within our colleges and broader business. The Student Recruitment Analyst provides key knowledge and insight to drive continued improvement in the student experience and business performance.

This role is essential to our success and improving our effectiveness in both domestic and international recruitment channels.

**Working with the Student Recruitment Leadership Team and reporting to the Operations Manager, the role’s core tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Design, Develop and Maintain a suite of reports covering key results and behavioural metrics to drive increased efficiency and performance.
- Utilise data to expand information into intelligence and provide advice and direction to the Sales and Admissions function.
- Provide bespoke analysis of functional performance and industry trends to advise management and stakeholders.
- Oversee and administer key operational functions to ensure compliance with all appropriate legislation and accreditation requirements.
- Liaise with key stakeholders within the Sales and Admissions function as well as the broader business and colleges to deliver insights and knowledge.

**Ther person we seek will ideally have the following**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of regular and bespoke reporting outputs across multiple channels
- Proven ability to comfortably and confidently communicate data driven insights to a wide variety of audiences.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field desirable but not essential

**Core Competencies**
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Salesforce, Power Apps, SharePoint is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to problem solve, derive insights, and develop recommendations.
- High degree of curiosity and practical critical thinking, a strong desire to understand the “why” when approaching a problem.
- Ability to manage uncertainty, resourceful, proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
- Comfortable with accountability, owning work, and admitting when unsure of the answer.
- Superior time management and communication skills to manage competing priorities, inform progress and stakeholder management.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and quality while under pressure.
