Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Digital Solutions Analyst - Student Experience to join our team at Queensland University Of Technology. This role is responsible for delivering co-curricular programs that further build QUT's sense of community and support students to develop their professional identity, networks, and employability.
The successful candidate will have extensive relevant experience in application or systems management in higher education, as well as demonstrated experience in the successful management of a digital service, including the design, development, implementation and evaluation of new and improved work processes and practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, implement and evaluate new and improved work processes and practices to deliver effective outcomes.
- Successfully manage and achieve service deliverables and maintain productive partnerships with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Identify technical and process improvements related to system implementation and guide these through the consultation and approval process.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Education, training and or experience equivalent to a postgraduate qualification or progress towards postgraduate qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in the successful management of a digital service, including the design, development, implementation and evaluation of new and improved work processes and practices.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing a digital system in a large organisation and a proven record of delivering effective outcomes.
