**THE ROLE**

We are growing like crazy and we are looking for an incredible HR Business Partner. **WHAT YOU NEED**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Around 7+ years of HR experience or running teams (if you don’t have HR experience but if you can build and grow teamswe want to talk to you)
- Teamwork
- Street smarts
- Proven track record of influencing change and making things happen
- The ability to laugha lot
- Be able to juggle multiple prioritise and get things done
- The desire to impact, influence, add value and do significant HR work.
