**The Role**:
We are looking for a HR Systems Specialist to support Stryker South Pacific with all HR Operation functions. This role is the glue that sticks the wider HR team together. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners, the Talent Acquisition team, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and Learning & Development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting managers and employees with Workday related queries, partnering with all areas of the HR team to support in areas such as Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits
- Ownership of Workday to provide exceptional service and support to managers and employees
- Champion employee onboarding process, administration processing, data input and verification of required documentation for new starters and existing employees
- Monitoring workflow related to Workday transactions via the MyHR ticketing system, providing recommendations for process improvement across the employment life cycle
- Providing guidance and training on Workday processes, work flow and relevant systems

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience using a HR system, CRM or another business-critical program. Able to demonstrate problem solving and mastery in using a previous system.
- Exceptional customer service, great communication ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
- Demonstrate initiative and examples of process improvement
- Happy to help attitude and desire to educate and empower stakeholders to be self-sufficient
