**What will you do**:

- Recruit, engage and onboard individuals who live and breathe the Stryker values.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure the best recruitment experience, being a trusted advisor.
- Work closely with our wider HR team to ensure smooth onboarding to our new employees.
- Be motivated by people You must be intrigued about what makes people tick and providing the best experience across all your internal and external stakeholders.
- Have previous Sales or Recruitment experience however this is not essential, full on job training provided.
