**The Role**
Reporting to the State Manager and National Site Coordinator, the Brisbane Site Coordinator delivers site-specific corporate, property and accommodation services across Brisbane to support DEWR’s geographically dispersed staff.

You will be part of a hybrid team dispersed across the State Network, with Site Coordinators in each State and Regional office. As an APS6, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to other Site Coordinators across the network.

Site Coordinators manage property and accommodation services, resolving complex matters or escalating issues impacting site staff while taking a people first approach.

You will manage local workstation allocation plans, onboard and offboard staff, manage site equipment, assets, building passes and will play a role in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) across Brisbane sites. You will work within an allocated budget, reporting monthly progress to the National Site Coordinator.

You may also be required to assist the National Site Coordinator with site coordination procedures and operating guidelines and contribute to emergency management, business continuity planning, risk assessment and DEWR’s Future Ways of Working policies.

An important part of the role is a focus on promoting ‘Team DEWR’ culture at the site. You will collaborate with the State Office to organise and promote local activities to foster a positive DEWR workplace culture. This may include diversity events and social club coordination to ensure inclusion of all geographically dispersed staff. You will reinforce corporate messages on a State/Territory basis and provide local support and mentoring as needed.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 6 may include:

- Setup and manage workstation allocation plans to support hybrid work arrangements
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding as well as other support services
- Manage office supplies purchases and building maintenance and repair requests
- Establish and maintain key contacts across a broad network of stakeholders and provide support to various business line areas
- Create and maintain distribution lists and manage staff communications with geographically dispersed staff and other key stakeholders
- Manage business continuity plans and contribute to Emergency Management and responses to WHS matters
